In Beijing, Forbidden  City is a must for all the travelers. It is known as the Imperial Palace Museum. With over 180 acres and collection of great halls, you will see antiques and treasures representing all of China's history. Besides the regular tour in the Forbidden City, we will escort you for a VIP tour including the visit to Treasure Gallery and Clock Exhibition Hall.

Treasure Gallery consists of three exhibition halls, the Hall of Spiritual Cultivation, the Hall of Joyful Longevity, which were living quarters for the Imperial Regent, the consorts and concubines, and the Belvedere of Well-Nourished Harmony. Now, these palaces are the place exhibits the gold, silver, pearls, jade, utensils, tea services, imperial robe, phoenix crown, daily necessities of the Qing Dynasty imperial family.

Clocks and Watches Exhibition Hall in Forbidden City houses about 200 clocks and watches from the imperial collection. Those watches and mocks are mostly made in Switzerland, England, France, the U.S and Japan. There are also some Chinese made timepieces on displaying. Two of the clocks in this Exhibition Hall deserve the greatest attention, they are easily to be seen when you enter the Hall. The one on the left is a Chime Clock, it was made during the Qing Dynasty, by the royal clock makers. Symmetrically stands on the right hand side are a huge water clock made in 1799. The clock is 6 metres high and it is the largest one in China. The clock is made up of four bronze pots,which are identical in size, are placed vertically.

After the Forbidden City, We will tour Jingshan Hill, the highest point in Beijing city. Built in the Liao and Jin Dynasties, Jingshan has a history of almost one thousand years, where you may bird-view the whole Forbidden City and Beijing. As one of the best-preserved imperial gardens enjoying the longest history in china, it is also an important part of the imperial palace.

Lunch is a specialty in Beijing. You will have the famous Beijing Roast Duck Banquet.

Another must in Beijing is the Great Wall. But very few people know the part of the Ruins of the Great Wall. You will be able to climb the Wall and take in the panoramic views at the top.
